ACHIEVEMENT

Sep 27th, 2023, SATUC hosted 600 refugees & orphans children male & female U-17 from Egypt, Sudan, and Syria at Al-Ahly Club (the club of the Century) at SATUC qualifiers, after the cooperation between the SATUC Chairperson and Dr. Saad Shalaby Executive Director of Al-Ahly Club.
Children of Sudan, SATUC Charity integrated Sudanese children with peers from the Egyptian community and Syrian children through the SATUC World Cup qualifiers at Al-Ahly Club, in cooperation with Al-Ahly Club through its hosting of the event and its sponsorship of the children, who will be part of the SATUC World Cup through their participation in the competition for the SATUC World Cup.
Children of Syria, SATUC Charity played a prominent role in hosting Syrian children and honoring them in the Egyptian Football Association. SATUC also played a humanitarian role in helping these children and convinced officials in the Egyptian Football Association to open training camps for them, where they could find swimming pools, a gym, open playgrounds, healthy food, medical care, and professional trainers. SATUC was able to change the thoughts of sad Syrian children and put a smile on their faces during their participation in the Football Championship for Orphans in Cairo and the World Cup for Orphans in 2015 and 2018, as well as the SATUC World Cup qualifiers for Al-Ahly Club in 2019 and the SATUC World Cup qualifiers at Al-Ahly Club. To protect Syrian children, SATUC has developed special programs to raise their physical fitness and awareness, in addition to developing their skills to give them equal opportunities with other children around the world.

Apr 25th, 2020, SATUC Charity Initiative to support the nursing staff of Egypt’s hospitals to face Corona.
SATUC COVID campaign reached over 10000 people, protecting medical staff in Egypt by affording them protective gear and equipment to help with nursing COVID-19 patients and helping to highlight the impact of coronavirus on the city’s most vulnerable children, and families.

Jun 13th, 2019, SATUC hosted 200 refugees, and orphans’ children U-17 from Egypt and Syria at Al-Ahly Club (the club of the Century) at SATUC qualifiers, after signing a partnership protocol between SATUC Charity and Al-Ahly Club, led by the SATUC Chairperson and The Executive Director of Al Ahly Club General Mohamed Morgan. Football legends from across the globe such as Nuno Gomes, Maniche, and Tiago Ribeiro, vice President of the Portuguese FA, Kazakhstan ambassador, and ministries such as Social Solidarity, Youth and Sport, have attended.

Apr 5th, 2019, Mr. Gamal El-Gazzar, head of the Karnak Tourism Sector at EgyptAir in Cairo, and the SATUC Chairperson signed a partnership protocol between SATUC & EgyptAir

Nov 2nd, 2019, Mr. Abdullah Ghazi, President of the Regional Council in Tiznit, Morocco, and SATUC Chairperson Sheikha Al Thani signed a protocol for host 16 nations from around the world including the Syrian refugees in the 3rd edition of SATUC World Cup from 13 April – 19 April 2020.

Apr 5th, 2019, SATUC celebrated Orphans Day with 500 children. Football legends from Egypt such as Tark Yahya, Ahmed Nagy, and Mohammed Farouk attended.

On May 3rd, 2019, SATUC had a huge campaign to help the homeless and other vulnerable people in society we were aspiring to offer a successful pioneer model of the desired level of social obligation to show NGOs how to carry out and support the necessary development initiatives to realize sustainable human development in our homelands to realize SATUC’s purpose is to hold the hand of these marginalized children and guide them to a secure path, then provide them with all the means of success and offer them the chance to show off their talents, a process which will be positively reflected in their societies.

Aug 28th, 2019, the Bulgarian Football Union in Sofia and the SATUC signed a partnership protocol. The president of the Bulgarian Football Union Mr. Borislav Mikhailov and the SATUC Chairperson Sheikha Althani signed a protocol for holding the second edition of our World Cup in Sofia. Aug 28th, 2019, SATUC launched the 2nd edition of the SATUC World Cup for orphans and refugees cooperating with the Bulgarian Football Union, from Aug 10 to 17 August, where we had 12 teams U-17 from all over the world as follows: Bulgaria, Nigeria, Peru, Bosnia, Cambodia, Syria, Iraq, Mexico, Cameroon, Indonesia, Morocco, and Liberia. Many renowned football stars joined the ranks of the SATUC Ambassadors as they stood side by side to support the participating kids including Nuno Gomes, Tiago Ribeiro, Osama Nabih, Gamal Allam, Magdi Abdelghani, Nour Khatab, Tamer Amin, Aziz Bouderbala, Redouane Barkaoui, Iakhdar Belloumi, Yordan Lechkov, Emil Kostadinov, Petar Hubchev, Georgi Donkov, Angel Stoykov, and Boncho Genchev.

Jul 14th, 2017, the SATUC Chairperson Sheikha Al Thani was formally invited by Sir Philip Craven to attend the Opening night of the World Para Athletics Championships in the London Stadium, Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, as a VIP guest in recognition of the work that she and the SATUC Charity do to help and support orphaned, disadvantaged, and refugee children all over the world.

SATUC WON THE MOHAMMED BIN RASHID CREATIVE SPORTS AWARD (MBR) 8th. Sheikha Al Thani for Uniting Children Charity won the (MBR) Award for her humanitarian initiative to organize SATUC World Cup for Orphans and refugees from all over the world and to create new ways to integrate them into society.

HE Sheikha Sheikha was formally invited by Sir Philip Craven to attend the Opening night of the World Para Athletics Championships in the London Stadium, Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park as their VIP guest in recognition of the work that she and the SATUC foundation do to help and support orphaned, disadvantaged and refugee children all over the world.

In August 2014 SATUC successfully hosted the first football tournament for orphans in Egypt and the Arab world with the participation of 16 civil associations in 6 Egyptian governorates.
The tournament was organized in cooperation with several NGOs, affording street children and orphans from districts all over Egypt a unique opportunity. SATUC wanted to spread this success globally and therefore wanted to extend the tournament for disadvantaged children to different countries around the world. This led to the inaugural SATUC Cup, which was held in late August 2015, featuring 8 teams from 8 different countries.
